Virtual Front Desk:

Join Boxstel’s Guest Experience Team – From Anywhere.
We’re looking for a dependable, tech-savvy and friendly Virtual Front Desk Personnel to represent Boxstel’s hospitality from behind the scenes. You’ll be the first line of guest interaction during evening and night hours, assisting guests with check-ins, answering questions via phone and Ring, and supporting operations after hours.

This is a remote position, but you’ll be expected to manage real-time guest needs with professionalism and efficiency.

Pay rate - Pay rate $12.5/hr.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to calls, texts, and guest inquiries (primarily between 6 PM and 8 AM)

  • Monitor and respond to the Ring camera at the front door

  • Manage bookings and modifications using our property management system

  • Send check-in instructions to same-day reservations and upcoming arrivals

  • Provide virtual guest assistance and troubleshoot issues or direct them to proper resources

  • Keep communication logs for any notable incidents or concerns

Shift Availability:

  • Primarily night hours (between 11PMGMT – 8 AM)

  • Must be available for weekends and holidays

Requirements:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Reliable internet connection and quiet working environment

  • Comfortable using video doorbell apps, booking platforms, and communication tools

  • Must be organized, responsive, and able to think critically

  • Prior experience in hospitality or customer service preferred

Bonus Points If You:

  • Speak both English and Spanish

  • Have worked with Cloudbeds or similar property management systems

  • Can handle small tech troubleshooting (Wi-Fi reset instructions, code issues, etc.)
