Hotel Housekeeper Job Description:
Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to join our team and contribute to creating a clean, welcoming, and comfortable environment for our guests. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for cleanliness and take pride in providing guests with the best possible experience during their stay.
Responsibilities:
Clean and tidy all areas to the standard cleanliness within time limits, including guest rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, stairways, locker, and other work areas.
Make beds, change linens, clean and disinfect bathrooms, and replenish room supplies such as toiletries, towels, and linens.
Dust and polish furniture and room accessories as needed.
Vacuum carpets, rugs, and draperies as required.
Spot clean walls, doors, and windows.
Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards.
Protect equipment and make sure there are no inadequacies.
Notify superiors on any damages, deficits, and disturbances.
Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience.
Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace when appropriate.
Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices.
